CAMH - 100 Stokes St (Appointment Only)

Currently accepting:

  • First & Second dose bookings for people 5 years and older (including individuals born in 2016 who will turn 5 years old by the end of the year).

    The required interval between the first and second dose for those between the ages of 5-11 must be 8 weeks.

    Those between the ages of 5-11 that have received another type of vaccine must wait 14 days before receiving their COVID vaccine. Additionally, those that have received their COVID vaccine must wait 14 days before receiving another type of vaccine (i.e., flu shot).

    If you have needle anxiety or a fear of needles and would like accommodations during your appointment, please do not schedule through our booking site and email us instead at [email protected] to schedule your appointment.
  • Third dose bookings for people 18 years or older, those within First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities, CAMH staff, those with 2 doses of the Astrazeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine, those with 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and high risk immunocompromised patients.

Those who are 18 years or older, within First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities, CAMH staff, those with 2 doses of the Astrazeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine, or those with 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine can receive their third dose at an interval of 12 weeks (84 days) following their second dose.

Those who qualify as a high risk immunocompromised patients ages 12 and up can receive a third dose with documented proof.
